Eligibility & Compliance

Who is eligible?
Partner Sellers in Sales or Pre-Sales roles employed by a compliant Partner (Member Level or above).

Are public sector accounts eligible?
No, public sector employees are not eligible for payouts.

What regions are eligible?
United States and Canada.

How are taxes handled?
Partner Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes related to payouts.

Payout & Registration Process

How do I register for the program?
Go to https://www.HVsalesincentives.com and complete your registration including tax ID and consent to terms.

How are incentives paid?
Payouts are issued quarterly via the selected gift card option. Incentives are non-transferable and non-cash-convertible.

What is the total payout cap?
$5,000 USD per Partner Seller across all incentive types during FY25.

Can the program be changed?
Yes, Hitachi Vantara reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

Appointment Incentive

What qualifies as a “Qualified Appointment”?
A 30-minute virtual or in-person meeting involving a new end-user (no HV purchases in the past 3 years), a Partner Seller,
and at least one HV attendee: Partner Account Manager (PAM), Sales Rep (CE), SE, SC, or ISR.

How do I request a Qualified Appointment?
Use the Incentive Portal at https://www.HVsalesincentives.com and submit all required details.

How much can I earn?
$250 USD per qualified appointment.

Is there a limit?
Yes, maximum of 5 appointment payouts per fiscal year.

CoE Demo Incentive

What qualifies as a “CoE Demo”?
A pre-sales demo involving a new end-user, Partner Seller, and at least one HV attendee: PAM, CE, SE, SC, or ISR.

Can it be a standalone activity?
Yes, the end-user does not have to be tied to a prior appointment or deal registration.

How do I request a demo?
Request through the Incentive Portal and provide all required details.

How much can I earn?
$500 USD per qualified CoE demo.

Is there a limit?
Yes, maximum of 5 demo payouts per fiscal year.

Deal Registration Incentive

What qualifies as an “Approved Deal Registration”?
Must be submitted via the HV Partner Portal by the Partner Seller or Authorized Distributor, for a “New” end-user and
must reference the campaign ID: FY25-Q1-DGI-FY25_Sales_Incentive-Ptnr-AMER-OPT.

Does the DR need to tie to an appointment?
Yes, the DR must be for the same end-user from the Qualified Appointment.

How do I claim it?
Submit your DR claim through the Incentive Portal after the DR is approved.

How much can I earn?
$250 USD per approved deal registration.

Is there a limit?
Yes, maximum of 5 DR payouts per fiscal year.
